Nearly everyone is pushed for time and looking for ways to control what insufficient time they possess.  The next most common arguement for not starting a home based business, after not having any money, is no available time.

This is from a lack of understanding that there are other ways than to always be spending your PERSONAL time to create leads for your internet business.  If you are a person who works a common full time position, which these days is 40-50 hours a week, it is exceedingly demanding to assemble the mental and physical strength to add on a further 20-30 hours just to try and build a successful internet business on a part time bases.  When are you supposed to sleep?  Eat?  Do fun things with your family?  Relax???

Generating quality leads is the lifeblood of your network marketing business, so you have got to take it seriously.  So, here’s a few techniques you can do to free up some time in your lead generation efforts.

1. Get a website that has a capture page – the lone purpose of this kind of website is to capture leads for you that are interested in talking with you about your home based business.  If done correctly, this website tool will arrange and tag every lead for you, getting rid of the necessity to manually sort or track where they come from.

2. Acquire an auto-responder service – If you plan on keeping in contact with your leads on a regular basis, this tool is invaluable.  It takes the guesswork out of trying to figure out when to send your communications.  All you have to do is write some emails to put in the autoresponder and choose how often the emails are sent. You never miss an introduction, follow up, or follow through communication. A few good autoresponders are GetResponse and Aweber.

3. Hire a virtual assistant – this is a great way to sift through tire kickers and non-qualified prospects by having someone else do the “dirty work” for you.  Just provide a list of qualifying questions with minimum requirements to the person you hired, and instruct them to only pass to you leads who are sincerely interested in doing business. 

4. Create content that can be leveraged – By submitting quality content to targeted online websites in many places (i.e. video hosting sites, directories, article submission services) you amplify the visibility of your knowledge by positioning it in front of a endless flow of new traffic without having to re-submit new material.  The article or video may be a month old, but to the person who has just discovered it; it’s all brand new information.

If you want to try to build a business and only have around ten hours a week choose one or two marketing strategies and work them consistently.

This leaves plenty of room for enjoying life without being chained to the business.  Several of the top income earners in MLM/Network Marketing make use of these techniques on a consistent basis because it permits them to speak to a substantial number of people, all pre-qualified, and generally prime to transact without doing all the grunt work themselves.

Using the time you have and putting these strategies into practice is smart business planning.  So, find ways to allocate the drudgery of your internet business to systems and processes as often as possible.
